Lisa and Kale's Engagement Celebration- Baltimore, MD

I had so much fun this past weekend taking pictures of this couple. Why? Well for one reason- they are so sweet together but more than that- Lisa is my little cousin (okay- not so little anymore but at one point I did change her diapers so I still call her that) :) Kale proposed to Lisa this weekend and then surprised her with a huge family gathering at one of their favorite restaurants in Baltimore, MD. Lisa's face was priceless that day. Both her and Kale were floating on the clouds-- so happy. You know how you can just tell when two people are right for eachother? This is one of those situations. :) I took some engagement pictures for them across the street from the restaurant. I only wish I had more time with them because they were so much fun!

Sweet 16

I am excited to say that my oldest niece here in Nashville, Katelyn just turned 16! Scary?- yes..... she now has her driver's license. :)

I am so blessed to be her auntie. I remember meeting her when she was so little. Her mom always had her and her 2 younger sisters in pretty matching dresses with *GIGANTIC* bows in their hair. Even at a young age I could tell she was going to be a strong individual who would lead others. I was right! Katelyn is now a young woman who loves life, her family and most importantly - loves God. She has been such an inspiration to my little girls and I am so proud of the person she is becoming!

Today is a big day for her- Her SWEET 16 BIRTHDAY PARTY! My role? I am going to be documenting her day today- from beginning to end and will be making a one of a kind- totally customized video just for her so she can always look back and remember this special day forever. After all- you only turn 16 once right?!

I have added lifestyle and special event videography to MagnifyU and I can't wait to show you what it looks like!! I have so much fun taking videos and editing it together into one beautiful story. Once I have Katelyn's video finished, I will post some sample clips up for you to see.

Spring has finally sprung here and Nashville and I think it is safe to say everyone is elated! I am excited to start taking some outdoor photos again now that the weather is finally getting warmer.

I would like to introduce you to a little boy named Harrison. He has stolen my heart for sure and I am so happy that I was able to spend some time with him and his sweet mommy, Erica not too long ago for his 3 month photos. He was an angel the whole time and even "worked the camera" a bit. Not too shabby for a 3 month old. I am looking forward to his 6 month pics! :) Erica, thanks for allowing me to take pictures for you. I hope you like them!

Vikki was in a playgroup with me. She and her 3 favorite boys and I went out into the fields to take some really beautiful shots on a perfect day! Thanks for allowing me to take your pics Vikki. I love watching Cash and Cillian grow every year! They are full of energy, which made for some great shots (it also helps to have the sweetest blue eyes you will ever see.) :) Hope you liked your photos as much as I did!

Late last summer I was honored to photograph Israel and Pele Godkin's wedding at Bethel World Outreach Center in Brentwood. One word will sum it up......BEAUTIFUL! For those that know Pele, they will tell you there is no one else in the world quite like her. She spends most of her days giving back to others, never thinking of herself. I was so excited to be there on a day that was all for HER! I hope you loved your photos. It was so much fun being there, documenting this once in a lifetime occasion for you both!
